ADHD coaching · Online · South Africa

You were never lazy.

I'm Tawni. I coach adults and students with ADHD, most of them diagnosed late or still wondering. Together we build routines and tools that fit the brain you actually have, not the one school demanded.

30 minutes on Google Meet. No pressure and no prep.

Sound familiar?

If any of these feel personal, you're in the right place.

You got the diagnosis at 34 and suddenly your whole life made sense. Now what?
Everyone called you disorganised. You're still waiting to feel understood.
The essay is due Friday. Your brain agrees to start it on Thursday at 23:40.
You can hyperfocus for six hours straight, just never on the thing that's due.
Four planners bought this year. All of them blank after week two.
Every Sunday night you rebuild your whole life. By Wednesday it's gone.

You don't need to change who you are.
You need strategies that fit.

What makes coaching different?

No couch, no lectures, and nobody trying to "fix" you.

No therapy or diagnosis

We focus on the present and on moving forward with practical strategies. Coaching is not treatment, and it works alongside your medical support rather than replacing it.

No "one size fits all"

The advice that works for everyone else probably hasn't worked for you. We find approaches tailored to YOUR brain, your strengths, and your life.

You don't need fixing

You are not broken. You just need practical supports: a safe place to build and practise new skills at your own pace.

How it works

Three steps, starting with a free chat

Book a discovery call

A free 30-minute video call. We talk about what's hard right now and whether coaching is a good fit. No prep, no commitment.

Map how your brain works

Together we look at your energy, your focus patterns, and where things tend to fall apart: the "good" and "bad" sides of your neurodiversity.

Build systems that stick

Regular 60-minute sessions with small experiments in between. We keep what works, drop what doesn't, guilt-free, until it adds up to sustainable systems you can trust.

About me

Coaching from lived experience

Tawni Voges smiling

"I know what it's like to juggle work, parenting, and relationships in a world that wasn't built with you in mind."

I'm a coach, a lecturer, and a parent, and I'm neurodivergent myself. I've spent my whole career around people who feel like their best is never quite good enough.

I get it.

  • Having a unique brain can be amazing and challenging.
  • Studying and working with ADHD can be brilliant and brutal.
  • Parenting a neurodiverse child can be beautiful and exhausting.
  • Relationships with neurodiverse individuals can be magical and frustrating.

In coaching I mix research with what I've learned the hard way, so you can understand both sides of your own neurodiversity and have a safe place to practise new skills until they stick.

Let's work together to create strategies that support your brain

The first call is free, 30 minutes, and online. Worst case, you spend half an hour talking to someone who gets it.
